Trouble Logging into iEsphere? Here's What You Need to Know

Are you trying to log in to the iEsphere portal (the official online portal for iEnergizer) and it's saying "nothing found"? Don't worry, you're probably just doing something wrong.

This post will show you the right way to get to the iEsphere login portal.

What is iEsphere and Why Should You Use It?

Think of the iEsphere portal as a super helpful online tool for our company. It's like a special website just for iEnergizer employees. It helps everyone connect, see important information, update their details, and generally makes things at work run smoother.

Having iEsphere as our own internal website (what we call an intranet portal) is great for both the company and us employees. If you're not using it, you're missing out!

    What Exactly Is iEsphere?

These days, lots of companies are using online systems to manage things with fewer people. iEsphere is one of these systems for our company.

It's like an internal website that only iEnergizer employees can get into using their username and password.

Intranet portals like iEsphere are really useful because they have self-service features. This means you can often do things yourself through the iEsphere login page, like make requests, without needing to talk to your team leader or manager every time.

This one tool can be used for lots of things, like:
    1. Talking with each other
    2. Finding important information (like a knowledge base)
    3. Checking your daily work
    4. Seeing your attendance
    5. Looking at the holiday calendar
    6. And much more!

How to Log In to the iEsphere Portal

Millions of people use the iEsphere portal every day to check things like their attendance, how they're doing at work, their payslips, and their weekend off schedule.

So, how do you actually log in? Just follow these simple steps:
    • If your computer is on, open your web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
    • Press Ctrl+T on your keyboard or click the + button to open a new tab.
    • Now, in the address bar at the top of the browser, you need to type iesphere\ (that's "i e s p h e r e" followed by a backslash: \). Make sure you don't put "http://" or "https://" before it.
    • Finally, press the Enter key.

That's it! That's how you should be able to log in to iEsphere on your computer. If it's still not working, double-check that you typed iesphere\ exactly like that in the address bar.

    Problems Logging into iEsphere

Sometimes, you might see weird images on the website, get a "404 error" (page not found), or the website might just keep loading and loading. These problems usually happen because there's an issue with the iEsphere server or your internet connection.

Some people have also said that when they type iesphere\, their computer freezes or stops responding.

Here are some common iEsphere login problems and what you can do:

    Username & Password Not Working

If you're getting an error saying your username or password is wrong, make sure you're typing them correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters matter!).

iEsphere has a security feature that only lets you save your password for 30 days. After that, you'll need to reset or change it. This is to keep your account safe.

    Reset Password

Try to reset your password before 30 days are up. If you enter your old password incorrectly more than three times, your account will be locked. If this happens, you'll need to contact your Team Leader or manager to get your password reset.

    Website Loading Very Slowly

If the website is taking forever to load, there's not much you can do because it's likely a problem on the iEsphere server's end. You can let your manager or team leader know about it.

Clear all the cookies and cache

However, you can also try clearing out the temporary files (cache) from your computer. To do this:

    • Press and hold the Shift, Ctrl, and Delete keys on your keyboard at the same time (Shift + Ctrl + Del).
    • A small window should pop up.
    • Make sure the option to delete "cached images and files" and other temporary internet files is selected.
    • Choose the option to clear data from "All time" or a similar timeframe.
    • Click the Clear or Delete button.
Doing this can sometimes help speed up your browser.

Showing a 404 Error (Page Not Found)

You usually get a 404 error when you accidentally type iesphere/ (with a forward slash) instead of iesphere\ (with a backslash).

The iEsphere login system is like a computer program that only understands the exact instructions. So, when you type a forward slash (/), it thinks you're starting a new part of the web address and tries to find something that doesn't exist, leading to the "nothing found" 404 error.
